Some get to battle through disasters.

To be buried in self-pity and self-hate.

To live with nothing but false promises and false hope,

scavenging for new beginnings or ways to cope.

To settle for lies and live with the why’s.

To be broken and alone;

Some will always be in search,

for a place to call home.
