Somehow you always seem to find a way to leave me behind broken and alone, waiting for you to come home.
I rock myself to sleep with the feeling that I’m cheap.
Never good enough for you to turn your ways, never fight and stay, always walk away.
So once again I’m left picking up the pieces, of all the boys who broke my soul.
Yet for some reason, I’m still waiting for you to come home.
Hoping that somewhere deep inside your heart, you truly don’t want to be apart.
Making a silent prayer for you to come back and tell me you’re sorry you lost your track.
But my hope is always in vain, because your heart, I can not tame.
I’m starting to go insane, I don’t like this game.
You revive me just to kill me again.
I’m lost between what is now and what was then.
Maybe I should just let you go, it’s clear; you are not coming home.
