Do you remember?

It’s all faded.

All jumbled.

Bits and pieces come back.

Want to collapse.

Small feelings.

Short moments.

Images scrambled.

One by one.

It’s no fun.

Trying to remember.

Loaded gun.

Faster than the speed of light.

It not right.

So present you can almost touch.

But it’s not enough.

Feels so rough.

The ache in your chest,

Call out to December.

Be this way forever.

Always trying to remember.
